Begin your journey

Stress Reduction and LIVING #FIREDUP

Living #FIREDUP means you've learned how to go-with-the-flow to achieve everything you want.

You are no longer available to paddle upstream against heavy currents of negative thoughts, beliefs or defeating habits. Going against the current creates undue stress which leads to over-eating, more overwhelm and long-term exhaustion.

Giving up the mindset of having to "try harder" can be a game-changer and bring you all the ease you've been seeking!

It's pretty common to lose yourself in the service of others yet we apologize for the way we look, the choices we make and the reasons why people might judge us. We put everyone's needs before our own and hope we can do the impossible and make everyone happy all the time. The stressful beliefs you hold about yourself and your life are "upstream" habits of thought that produce negative emotional states like anxiety and depression that make you feel like you'll never be enough.

And there you sit, "paddling" as hard as you can against the negative currents of life making little progress. Have you noticed the frustrations you feel about putting in SO much effort and receiving little to no reward? It doesn't feel good, does it?

Just because we are "hard workers" doesn't mean we have to work hard at things that don't produce the results we're looking for. You can work hard at things that are fun, interesting, energizing and rewarding! It's called working smarter, not harder.

Once you understand how you have been working against yourself, you will be able to let the current of positivity point you downstream so you can relax and enjoy the journey reaping all the rewards and good feelings along the way. *Fist pump!*

The good news is the only thing standing in your way is you. You are the one person you can do something about.

Shifting old beliefs into powerfully focused thoughts can turn your life around so you can easily float downstream. Your greatest desire is to fulfill the measure of your creation which begins with identifying who you are (less stress) and what you want (even LESS stress) so you can easily be, do, and have all that you desire (SOooo satisfying).

Your stress is coming from your thoughts about what you DON'T want. You have had many experiences outline what you are no longer available for. Helping you focus on what you DO want will reverse negative feelings of overwhelm, anxiety, depression, regret, grief, guilt and dissatisfaction so you can launch a life full of fun and creativity.

Your life is helping you ask for more because you were born to grow and develop into your best self. It's who you need to become that is beginning to awaken you. Anxiety and depression have no place in your future. No matter how frustrated or disillusioned you may feel, you can take the next step toward the life you want today.

Leave Your Legacy

You have many important people looking to you to show them a better way. Your development will be the most important work you will ever do to reduce the stress and overwhelm you are no longer available to pass on to your tribe. It's you first.

See Yourself As You Really Are

When you look at yourself in the mirror, free of stress and struggle,  you'll notice your outside now matches the way you feel on the inside. Becoming more of who you were born to be will bring you a sense of confidence, worth and total satisfaction.

Make a Future Impact

You have one shot at living the life that is calling to you. When you resist your "calling" you feel emotions such as anxiety and even depression. You don't have time to waste on stressful thoughts because you know they no longer serve you. What you do today matters greatly to your future, happy and self.

Teresa Ford, CPT, CLC

Teresa Ford is a certified personal trainer, personal development coach and self-made business woman specializing in hormonal fat loss and stress reduction. Her personal transformation at the age of 40, (16 years ago) losing 8 dress sizes in 6 months makes her the go-to expert on hormonal fat loss and re-inventing one's self at any age.

No one really wants to eat less and exercise more on another self-imposed, no-fun diet; food and exercise are not the problem! So when she stopped dieting and reducing her value to numbers on the scale, "MAGIC" happened and 6 months later she could see her fun, happy self reflected in the mirror.

Since then she has also made the life-changing transformations in the areas of financial abundance, entrepreneurship, love/marriage and self-esteem, all of which are vital for Living #FIREDUP. She did the work first because living with anxiety, depression and ill health were no longer options...her family needed her to set a better example.

From running bootcamps for women, to corporate wellness programs, to her own personal training studio, it's been her observation that people just want to have more fun. They want to feel good, look good and build relationships that last the test of time. They want to fear less, love more and experience true joy and happiness within themselves.

Now a grandma of 8 she is also an advocate for those who are ready to reinvent themselves, start over, recover from traumatic events, transform their life and to go after their dreams while staying youthful for life. Life is too short not to feel complete, confident, healed and happy.
